San Francisco Mini Dealership

Located right in the heart of San Francisco’s historic auto row on Van Ness Avenue, the SF MINI Dealership project was conceived to serve the San Francisco, Berkeley, Oakland and Marin areas with a stellar service and parts center. The MINI showroom, parts department, and service department are all designed to create a branded MINI experience. Located in a two-story historic building, the scope of work entailed the complete conversion of a body shop into a sales showroom. The new automotive center includes a new car wash basement, 15 service bays and auto lifts on the first floor, new offices, bathrooms, and customer lounge on the first floor. Work required a full seismic upgrade, new electrical service, mechanical systems, plumbing and fire sprinkler, a new steel staircase, new skylights, roof, bathrooms, exterior restoration, and all new interior finishes. The SF MINI Dealership is surrounded by a lively dining and shopping area that exemplifies this city’s character.
