Bayiew Landing

Located near the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge and Larkspur Landing, Bayview Landing is the newest Class A office building located on San Francisco Bay's beautiful waterfront. The property is largely reclaimed marshland that had been a dumping ground for construction materials. The developer of the project, San Rafael Land Company, cleaned up the debris and rehabilitated the land, dedicating a 100-foot-wide park strip between the buildings and the Bayfront.

Designed by San Francisco-based practice Hannum Associates, the project entailed new construction of a 150,000sf office complex which includes underground parking and waterfront location with views of the Marin Islands, the East Bay shoreline and the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge. Work entailed pile foundations, structural concrete parking garage, two stories of structural steel, four elevators, metal stud framing, cement plaster exterior, metal roof, all glass lobby structure, aluminum clad wood windows, glass handrails, high-end lobby finishes, wetlands restoration, complete new landscape and hardscape, new parking lot, and a bay front walking trail that was dedicated to the city. All spaces are in shell condition ready for tenant improvements.
