Hotel Zephyr

Formerly known as the Radisson Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco, The Hotel Zephyr renovation and remodel project has a fresh and irreverent twist. The renovation required guestroom and accessibility upgrades, a complete redesign of the public spaces along with an extensive outdoor courtyard remodel. The scope of work entailed a complete remodel of the existing building, courtyard, lobby and addition of new guest room suites. The existing courtyard pool was removed, subsurface soil conditions were remediated, and exterior courtyard amenities were constructed. The hotel remained in operation while work was being performed. Work also included the addition of new guest room suites in former storage facilities, which were coordinated concurrently with existing guest room upgrades. An eclectic nautical theme is carried throughout the entire hotel and extends outside into a funky patio adorned with multiple fire pits, ideal for relaxing and entertaining. Given the uniqueness of many of the new feature amenities, many specialty contractors were retained as well as many of the features being self-performed by Centric General Contractors. A second phase of this project project repositions the existing retail side of this property, bringing in new tenants and a fresh upgraded façade look to the property.
